EcoVadis Platinum: what does this recognition mean for Algeco?

Good news: Algeco Belgium received the EcoVadis Platinum recognition in May 2026, the highest distinction in the EcoVadis sustainability assessment system. And it goes far beyond a simple label.

This means that sustainability is not just an ambition for us, but an integral part of how we work, make decisions, and collaborate. From energy consumption and waste management to human rights and ethical entrepreneurship: our approach has been independently evaluated and recognized as part of the elite.

In fact, with this score, we are among the 1% of the best companies in our sector in terms of sustainability and social responsibility. A result to which everyone within our organization has contributed.

This recognition further builds on the success of Algeco Netherlands, which had already achieved Platinum status in the fourth quarter of 2025. Together, this confirms the strong focus on sustainability across the entire Benelux organization.
