Job description:
As a forklift driver at Algeco Belgium, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving modular units and products within our warehouse and on the yard. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure materials are delivered on time and loaded and unloaded correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift.
- Moving modular units and products within the warehouse and on the yard using a forklift.
- Checking the condition of materials and ensuring proper storage.
- Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift certification.
- Recent experience as a forklift driver for moving heavy loads with a 10-ton forklift.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and also effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular hours if needed.
- Good communication skills and a positive work ethic.
