Proud of the Successful Collaboration with PXL

At Algeco, we strongly believe in the power of collaboration between education and the labor market. Therefore, we are particularly pleased that the bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication Support from Hogeschool PXL has received a positive accreditation assessment from NVAO. As a field partner, we are proud to have contributed to this wonderful result.

This recognition shows that the program is not only strong theoretically but also truly aligns with the needs of the labor market.

And that is exactly what we at Algeco contribute to: by providing students with a realistic insight into daily business life, actively guiding them in workplace learning, and involving them in concrete marketing and communication assignments within our company.

Students under our wings

We regularly welcome students from the graduate program within our marketing department. In consultation with PXL , these internship trajectories are carefully aligned with current projects within Algeco.

Think of helping to set up campaigns, supporting internal communication, or developing content for digital channels. Our employees take on a mentoring role and create a safe and enriching environment where students can grow.

This intensive collaboration not only adds value for the students but also for us as a company. We learn from the fresh perspective and digital skills that young people bring, while simultaneously investing in the professionals of tomorrow. A win-win situation.

Input from the field as a key

Our marketing and communication coordinator sits with other professionals from Limburg in the field committee, where practical experiences and trends from the sector are directly translated into the curriculum.

This input from the field is crucial to keep the program relevant and practice-oriented. That the accreditation committee emphasized the strong anchoring in the field is therefore not a surprise.

Graduates are hands-on, responsible, and immediately deployable, in short, qualities that we particularly value at Algeco.

Modular education solutions in the spotlight: Tender College IJmuiden

Algeco supports schools that need additional space quickly with modular building solutions that combine quality, comfort, and flexibility.

A great example of this is the extension project for Tender College in IJmuiden.

In just a few weeks, Algeco delivered a temporary school building consisting of 16 high-quality Fire-X units, seamlessly integrated with the existing school building.
The result is a fully functional and pleasant learning environment that perfectly supports the school’s daily operations.

With projects such as Tender College, Algeco demonstrates that modular construction for education goes far beyond a temporary solution: it is a flexible and future-oriented way of building.
