Safety starts at the beginning: daily routines

Every working day starts with a short briefing in the service center, where our teams discuss not only practical tasks but also potential risks. It is a moment to be alert, share experiences, and work safely together.

Additionally, Algeco promotes a culture in which everyone is responsible for safety. Colleagues address each other about unsafe situations, making safety a true team achievement.

Safety structurally anchored in our operations

Monthly, the HSE department of Algeco organizes a Safety Stop, where teams discuss risks and develop solutions together.

Moreover, every modular unit is checked before transport using a strict checklist and securely fastened, ensuring smooth delivery and installation on site.

Safety on the construction site: construction chain and modular units

Safety is an absolute priority on location as well. When installing and finishing modular buildings, we work according to strict safety procedures and certified standards, such as VCA and relevant ISO management systems.

In this regard, we pay attention to:

safe electrical installations
correct connection to utilities
stable placement and anchoring of units
fire safety
regular inspections

Thanks to these measures, employees and partners can work safely in and around construction chains and modular units, while we continuously strive for the highest safety and quality standards.
