DWW Radio for VRT in Hasselt
The Warmest Week housed in a modular construction by Algeco
For the second time in a row, the well-known VRT radio stations StuBru and MNM joined forces, during 'The Warmest Week' of the year they went out together for DWW Radio.
During the last week of December, Fien, Kawtar, Eva and Sander made non-stop radio straight out of the Warmest House. Beyond that, Flanders also flamed along massively.
The Warmest Week raised 5,081,675 euros in the fight against chance poverty, meaning that 270 projects selected by an independent jury will create opportunities for people in chance poverty in 2023.

What did we deliver?
If you have visited The Warmest Week yourself, there is no doubt you have seen our modular units anyway, in total we delivered 35 units.
The Front Of House was created by four fully 'branded' stacked Flash units including external stairs. This unit "lookout" tower was set up directly opposite from the impressive stage where performances by Bazart, Bart Peeters, Goldband, Metejoor and Oscar and the Wolf, among others, took place. The FOH houses a sound engineer who mixes audio for the audience, after which the output signals from the FOH console are being connected to the sound reinforcement system.
The general technical room was set up by six interconnecting IN36 units.
In this way, the VRT staff had a working area of 108 m² at their disposal, allowing the live broadcast to be directed in perfect and, above all, warm conditions.
Food & Drink stands
Besides the practical areas, we were also asked to provide the DWW scenery with Food & Drink stands. The solution we offered were twenty Flash units divided into four buildings, specifically, six units for the elaboration of the large bar, where visitors could warm up with a creamy hot chocolate or to grab a very needed thirst-quencher after all that enthusiastic singing along with the performing artists.
Two units served as practical cup changing point, four units were set up as an additional bar and as many as ten units were reserved to offer and serve different foods. In this food zone, every visitor could find something to his taste.
Turnkey solution
All our units are delivered ready to use, with additional 360° services if required such as sanitary facilities, climate control, kitchenette, decoration, consumables and so much more.
The units for DWW were equipped with the necessary fire protection and easy access by means of a safe step, this allowed employees to load and unload materials in a safer way.
