The StuBru studio of The Timeless Countdown for VRT in Kortrijk
From Monday 26 to Friday 30 December 2022, you could visit the cosy location 't Plein in Kortrijk.
From morning till nighttime, Joris Brys, Kirsten Lemaire, Rik De Bruycker and Sander Vandenhende, along with some other guest hosts, counted down to The Timeless 100, straight out of an Algeco unit.
How do we work?
Once the client has expressed their wants and needs to the project manager, this valuable information is shared with the in-house Project Office team. This team, led by Walter Put, will tackle all the technical and practical challenges and will draw and deliver a first sketch version of the project.
When all adjustments have been discussed and the customer gives his approval to the final drawing, the project will be transferred to the operations department. When this hand over has been done, they will start all operational matters required in order to make the project a success.
After the project construction, the project manager will conduct a thorough final on-site inspection and personally manage the handover.

What did we deliver?
For this project, we delivered four Flash units of which two units were transformed into an almost completely transparent radio studio; this magnificent result was achieved by working with large glass window panels instead of the standard sandwich panels.
By working with these large windows, we created for the visitors a real live experience and made them feel as if they were present in the studio.
The two remaining units served as the production and control room.
From these temporary production rooms, the team made sure everything and everyone was in place when the live broadcast or recording started.
The project generated the necessary brand recognition by using our unit wrapping service, which was carried out following The StuBru’s Timeless brand book guidelines.
As 360° branding was a high request, we took this into account, no matter from which angle the visitor walked towards the studio, it was immediately visible that it was about StuBru's "The Timeless".
