About Algeco

To further strengthen our offering of 360° products and services, we are looking for a Continuous Development Manager. In this role, you will contribute to increasing customer value by integrating additional 360° products and services into our existing offering.

Summary of Your Role

As a Continuous Development Manager, you play a key role in driving transformation initiatives across the entire organization.
You work closely with the head of the 360° department and various teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans, and successfully roll out strategic projects.

For this position, we are looking for someone with a strong analytical ability, excellent organizational skills, and a hands-on, proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis and Strategic Planning

You support the head of the 360° department in analyzing performance and market trends.
You identify opportunities for improvement and growth, both nationally and locally.
You develop strategic plans aimed at tangible impact, including initiatives across different departments.
You create targeted action plans and ensure follow-up, tailored to the service centers and operations in each country.
You develop and implement top-down strategies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment across the organization.

Execution & Implementation

Monitor the timely execution of agreed action plans.
Maintain regular communication (e.g., weekly check-ins) with relevant stakeholders to track progress
Monitor the impact of implemented actions against set goals and adjust as necessary.
Facilitate collaboration between departments to ensure smooth implementation.
Provide operational support in efforts to improve the supply chain.
Contribute to the creation of supporting marketing materials.
Organize and deliver training for the sales team when needed.
Take responsibility for specific tasks to ensure execution and compliance where necessary.

Your profile

Proven experience in business transformation and project management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Proven experience in leadership and team management.
Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to frequently travel between Belgium and the Netherlands.
