For our office in Beringen (Limburg) or our office in Perwez (Walloon Brabant), we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven colleague for the role of Service Planner.

Your impact in this role:

As a Service Planner, you play a crucial role in our customer-oriented approach.

You ensure that everything runs smoothly:

You create an efficient schedule for our service technicians.
You handle incoming service requests and complaints and schedule the appropriate actions.
You continuously monitor customer satisfaction and strive for smooth and professional service delivery.
You order the necessary materials, mainly from our own warehouse.
You create reports on the number and type of interventions performed.
You coordinate work carried out by external partners and carefully track the purchase orders and hours worked.

This is what we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

You are customer-oriented, resilient to stress, and think in solutions.
You maintain an overview effortlessly, even during busier periods.
You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch, with basic knowledge of French and English.
You are flexible and do not have a 9-to-5 mentality.
Experience in unit construction or the broader construction sector is an asset but not a must.
You enjoy variety and gain energy from interacting with different clients.
