Open position - Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer engagement: Interact with customers via phone and email, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand our customer base.
  • Quoting and proposal generation: Prepare accurate and timely price quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Collaboration with the Outside Sales Representatives: Work closely with outside sales representatives to support their initiatives and ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Proven (Inside) Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar (inside) sales role, preferably in the modular construction or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Customer-focused: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • ERP System Knowledge: Familiarity with an ERP system, particularly Navision, is advantageous and will be considered a valuable asset in executing tasks efficiently.
  • Comfort with technical information: The ability to confidently navigate and understand technical information is mandatory, as it plays a pivotal role in gaining insights into the modular construction industry. A fearless approach to handling technical details will be essential for success in this role.
  • Team collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with field sales representatives and other internal teams.
  • Self-motivated: Proactive and results-driven, with a high level of initiative.
