What were the project challenges?

Here we faced a specific challenge: there was insufficient available space to install the septic tank next to the unit. To overcome this limitation, we came up with an innovative solution where we raised the unit by 70 cm so that the septic tank could be placed under the unit.

Raising the unit offered a unique space-saving solution, allowing us to make optimal use of the available space on site. This modification allowed the septic tank to be placed safely and efficiently under the unit, without compromising the functionality and aesthetics of the building.

Project features

1: Modularity: The project uses modular units that can be easily adapted and expanded according to Camber's specific needs. This ensures flexibility and scalability.

2: Functional design with integration of 360 Services°: The modular units are designed to serve as both showroom and studio. They provide enough space for three workstations, meeting facilities and limited storage, while creating an inspiring and productive working environment.

We supplied not only the units including toilet facilities but also various 360° Services, ranging from decoration options tem fire safety:

o Access stairs, safe and easy access by using appropriate stairs.

o PVC floor tiles, easy to maintain, heat permeable and offering quality soundproofing.

o CO² meter, essential for any room where more than two people stay together.

o Consumables, such as a sanitary and cleaning kit.

o Kitchenette, offers a compact and functional kitchen set-up, making it possible to prepare simple meals.

o Smoke detector, quickly detects the presence of smoke and triggers an alarm so that quick action can be taken.

o Outdoor lighting with motion sensor, this lights up as soon as movement is detected, so you don't have to turn on the light using a switch. The light will therefore not be turned on unnecessarily, which again saves on energy consumption. If there is no movement in the room or environment, the lamp will automatically switch off.

3: Aesthetics: A lot of attention was paid to the aesthetic aspect of the project. The modular showroom and studio units were fitted with modern and high-quality finishes to match Camber's interior design. This ensures a professional look in their corporate identity and creates a pleasant working environment.

4: Quick installation: Algeco modular units are known for their fast installation time. This means that the temporary showroom and studio were quickly operational, allowing Camber to continue its activities without delay.

5: Sustainability: Algeco attaches great importance to sustainability. The modular units were designed with energy-efficient materials and technologies, giving them a low environmental footprint. Moreover, the units can be dismantled after use and rebuilt elsewhere, making them an environmentally friendly solution.
