Size: 6.235 m x 2.983 m 

By choosing this type, you can build a building of up to two storeys (ground floor and one additional upper floor).

The Origin JiPé range consists of 3 unit ranges

  • Standard units: 8 configurations that represent the perfect base for your building
  • Sanitary units: if you need a shower, washing area or toilet, there are 7 configurations to choose from
  • Staircase: if you need a 2-storey building, there are 2 covered staircases to choose from

Algeco units Origin JiPé

These units are available with 4, 3, or 2 outer walls 
In addition, we have configurations available that have an inner wall to create a hallway that creates two separate spaces.

The standard size is 18m² (approximately 6,23 x 2,98 m).

All our JiPé units are fitted with:

  • 1 double window with shutters
  • Electrical heating
  • PVC floor covering

T-JP140 - Enclosed unit

Standard version of 18 m² with:

  • 4 side walls 
  • 1 end door on the front side
  • 1 double window at the rear

 

 

T-JP150 -  Semi-open unit with 3 outer walls and 1 open left wall 

Standard version of 18 m² with:

  • 3 side walls 
  • 1 open side wall on the left side 
  • 1 double window at the rear

 

 

T-JP160 - Open unit with 2 outer walls and 2 open side walls 

Standard version of 18 m² with:

  • 2 side walls (on the front and rear side)
